When (“You”) use the WITRAC websites, fill out any form provided by WITRAC or deliver your card to our sales department, you consent to the use of your personal information by us in the manner specified in this Policy Of privacy. This policy may change periodically, so please check back from time to time.
2. The collection of personal data
After the regulation and Spanish regulations on data protection, WITRAC informs its clients and website users (hereinafter, the “User”) that the personal data provided will be recorded in an automated file called “Clients” so that the WITRAC controller and the processor and located at the WITRAC registered office at C/ Cronista Carreres, 11 4º A 46003 Valencia, Spain.
By filling out a form to WITRAC, users consent: (i) to the processing of their personal data by WITRAC for the purposes mentioned below; (ii) the fact that WITRAC may make such data available to its partners or suppliers for the sole purpose of allowing the provision of services.
3. User rights (Articles 12 to 22):
Any request by users in relation to their rights mentioned below, will be answered by WITRAC is responsible for data protection within one month.
3.1. transparency and information (articles 12-14):
a. What kind of personal data do we collect? : WITRAC only collects your name, email address and country of origin. WITRAC does not collect any confidential data (articles 9 and 10) from users.
b. Why do we collect your personal data? WITRAC guarantees that the purposes hereof for the processing of personal data will be lawful at all times, namely: (a) to provide access to the WITRAC websites, products and services; (b) to respond to your requests for information.
c. What do we do with your personal data? Our processing will be the following:
Collection , always with your consent, by filling in our forms or entering a contractual relationship with WITRAC. WITRAC does not process any personal data not obtained directly from you. Any user with the feeling that their personal data has been disclosed to us without their consent, can contact our DPO to determine the source from which their personal data originates, and to exercise any of the rights mentioned below. WITRAC reserves the right to exclude from any service, for which prior registration is necessary, any user having provided false or inaccurate data, without prejudice to any other legal action that WITRAC may be entitled to.
Profiles , WITRAC should not make profiles through the use of personal data.
Disclosure by transmission to some service providers, or WITRAC partners (receivers), who help us provide the services.
Consultation and use by WITRAC, for the purposes described above.
The restriction, deletion or destruction , according to your request, or when the period of data processing, as explained below, comes to an end.
Personal data will be processed using the security measures requested by the regulation to prevent any leakage of personal data (which means a security breach leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to the personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed). Users may, however, be aware that the existing security measures for computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable.

Users can request the RPD at any time access and rectification or deletion of personal data or restriction of the processing of their data, as well as the portability of the data; Users may, at any time, withdraw their consent without affecting the legality of the process based on consent before its withdrawal; Users may, at any time, file a complaint with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.agpd.es) or with any other supervisory authority;
3.2. Right of access (article 15).
Users will have the right to obtain from our RPD confirmation of the existence or not of personal data that concerns them, is being processed and, when applicable, access to their personal data. Our RPD will provide a copy of the personal data being processed. For any other type of copies requested by the user, the RPD may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. When the user makes the request by electronic means, the information will be presented in a commonly used electronic form.
3.3 Right to rectification and deletion (“right to be forgotten”, articles 16-17)
Users will have the right to obtain from the DPO without undue delay the rectification of the inaccuracy of the personal data concerning them, and have completed incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement.
Users will also have the right to obtain from the DPO the erasure of personal data concerning them, without undue delay, in the circumstances provided for in article 17 of the Regulation.
3.4. Right to restriction of processing (articles 18-19)
Users will have the right to obtain restriction of processing from the DPO in the circumstances established in article 18 of the Regulation.
3.5. Right to data portability (article 20).
Subject to the limitations provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation, users will have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance from the controller so that the personal data has been provided, where: (a) the treatment is based on the consent previously granted; and (b) the treatment is carried out by automated means.
In exercising their right to data portability users will have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, provided that it is technically feasible.
3.6. Right to object and automated individual decision-making (articles 21-22).
Users will have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, for historical or scientific research purposes, or for statistical purposes, in accordance with article 89 (1) of the Regulation.
In addition, and subject to the limitation in section 22 of the Regulation, hall users have the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects on him or her or similarly significantly affects he or she.
