Job Description

WITRAC is looking for an experienced sales leader to drive sales and lead a team of dynamic sales professionals. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key leadership role in a growing company. MISSION: Develop, Manage and Oversee WITRAC’s sales and activities to ensure superb customer experience in order to achieve Company’s annual contract value & revenue increase and improvements in Customer Success.

Responsabilities

  • Develop/plan WITRAC sales strategy and effectively position the company’s products.
  • Develop and coordinate activities of businesses and departments from the point of pricing, billing, and signing contracts.
  • Provide/support in-house mechanisms such as sales innovations, corrective action plans, strategic business development, and the profitability of the company.
  • Manage multiple, complex sales cycles, while maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Identify prospective customers and potential competitors and expansion opportunities using business networking, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or conference attendance.
  • Work with the Delivery, Marketing and Customer Success team to develop estimates for work and position us ahead of competitors.
  • Share sales-related or market information with colleagues.
  • Provide support for marketing activities and events.
  • Serve as liaisons between organizations, shareholders, and outside organizations in order to ease the future expansions.
  • Work in collaboration with other departments to improve efficiency, effectiveness, operational and commercial capacity, and service capabilities to achieve jointly agreed business objectives and targets.
  • Work with the Executive Team and Board to develop and implement a framework of measures, methods, and regular reporting to achieve a performance-driven culture in WITRAC, that will maximize the company’s operating performance and its financial goals.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years professional experience in/with:

  • B2B Enterprise/Start-up/Scaleup business growth (technology, platform and/or software as a service).
  • Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (most desirable as a Hunter or in a Lead role).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills is a must.
  • Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives.


KNOWLEDGE:

  • Social selling – Knowledge of the process of developing trusting and strong relationships by using a brand’s social media channels. This includes social selling techniques including sharing relevant content, interacting directly with potential buyers and customers, personal branding, and social listening.
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing – Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

  • CRM, Sales and Marketing software (HubSpot, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator…)
  • Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and knowledge of DeepTech
  • Candidates must have a solid computer basics background (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite)


LANGUAGES:

  • English and Spanish (Professional working proficiency)
  • Other Languages: Desirable (such as: German, Italian, French, Portuguese etc.)
